Recent activities feeds let other employees know who's interacted with a case and what was done 3. Employee presence and status indicators 4. Assign employees their own client page to track notes and add assignments 5. Staff can be assigned to different custom pipelines 6. All work products are documented by creator such as events, tasks, notes, documents 7. Billable time entries a tracked independently for each employee. 8. Each employee has an individually assignable billable rate 9. Staff message board visible to all employees on dashboard 10. Employees can be assigned to different units (Enterprise) 11.
