Measuring Employee Performance In Dibcase

Recommended Posts

In Social Security representation we have to win cases to be successful. Winning cases is a process involving the whole office. From the initial intake to processing an award, each employee plays a role and performs actions and activities directed towards achieving a positive outcome for your clients. Employees that aren't effective at documenting their work in Dibcase can cost you and your firm money. Not properly documenting a simple phone call can cost your firm dearly if done on a regular basis. An employee whom is properly documenting his/her activities should generate on average 8 hours a day of billable time. Dibcase allows you tracks billable time for activities such as:

  • Processing the mail
  • Incoming and outgoing calls
  • Setting up appointments (Auto)
  • Creating tasks (Auto)
  • Processing Denials and Appeals (Auto)
  • Generating documents (Auto)

As an admin, you can measure "employee performance" by using the "Reports" function on Dibcase which measures:

  • Revenue per representative
  • Revenue per case manager
  • Billable hours

The above performance measures can be filtered by "Today, This Week, This Month, and Year To Date"

In a multi-attorney office you can track how much each attorney and/or case manager is adding to the bottom line.

For clerical staff, billable hours is a good measure of how well the employee is documenting his/her work product and can be used to identify areas where additional training may be necessary. In the attached graphic, you have a simple example of one attorney and a case manager who collected an attorney fee today of $4,500. Stephen Martinez is the only employee whom has generated a time entry "today".
