We are currently adding some new fields to streamline document generation. We'll be adding fields for Rep ID and EIN to the firm settings page to streamline the generation of representation packages.

Secondly, now that we have robust reporting, we are going to be adding a new client field  so we can record our last client contact date. The purpose of creating this new field is so that we can make sure that we know exactly when we actually last interacted with the client. This will insure that we offer a better customer experience for our clients. With the this field in our reports we can create reports such as: "Clients with no contact 180+ days" or something similar. Now, what exactly constitutes a client touch is up to the user to determine. For example, is leaving a vm with a client's sister a "contact" with the client? We'll leave that up to you. With the box being prominently displayed in the header section of the client list page, you'll see exactly when that last touch was. Also, when you added a note you can check the checkbox if you feel that you've made a meaningful contact with the client. In addition, once you've won the case and delighted your client, you'll be able to follow up with them in the future and make sure that relationship doesn't become stale.

We hope to complete this little addition soon and roll it out to our valued user base.
