This new feature will allow you to create an unlimited number of reports from your client, claims, and contact tables. This functionality will allow you to create reports to accurately track your cases with substantially less effort. Once you've created your reports, Dibcase will post a number of how many cases actually meet that criteria. Implementation: We will be implementing this exclusive feature in stages and this will be a long term project to expand and refine the functionality. We know you'll love this feature and it will definitely make your case management duties much easier. Bottom Line: You'll be able to create your reports, scan down the list, see how many cases match those criteria, and quickly take action on them. For example, you could create a report called "Leads older than 30 days with outstanding rep packages". If you pull up the report list and it says "0", then you know you're on track. If a case now meets that criteria, you'll be immediately notified just by glancing at the list. We'll be adding key reports automatically for you and you will be able to edit them as necessary.
