  1. In addition to PDF and html documents, we are adding Word or .docx files to Dibcase. Once this integration is completed, you'll be able to import word merge files and export word files.
  2. You can now assign an estimated case value to a matter, regardless of practice area. You can see the total of all case values on the dashboard or separate them by practice area. This new field can be added to reports and is included in the add client automation.
  3. In order to create a better user experience when creating or editing document templates, we've created several new "Address Block" merge fields codes. Merge blocks have been added for Contacts, Clients, Firm, and Organization address blocks
  4. In order to setup 2FA for your firm, you have to have a dedicated SMS phone number that we can provide for you. This number can used for 2-way SMS with all of your clients and to receive 2FA notices. Contact support@dibcase, to get your dedicated SMS number. Once your account is setup and your number assigned, this feature can be enabled by admins on the firm settings page. Employees must have their personal cell added to their employee profile to receive the 2FA codes.
  5. Our new client advanced search popup will make it easier to drill down to find specific clients. You can add multiple filters from ANY client field. You can search by Date of birth and phone numbers also, for example.
  6. We just added a button on the client edit page files tab where you can trigger document generation. It is completed just like on the document manager page. 1. To attach contacts, a matter must be selected with the contact already attached. 2. When generating a name for the document, you must add the name of the template. 3. You can generate several documents at once.
  7. New residence address fields are also now available as document merge fields. We also added an "Address Title" that can be used for multiple purpose. For example, "Mary R. Jones Parent of Chastity Jones". "Attn: Director Easter Seals of Seattle for John Q. Baker".
  8. Now you can create a library of clauses that you can insert into documents, notes, or anywhere in Dibcase. This works because Dibcase has its own internal document editor. Other solutions cannot do this because they rely on Word to create merge documents. To create a new clause you can use the header "+New" process or insert clauses inside the document template editor. Clauses can contain merge fields when use with the document template editor You can create an unlimited number of "Collections" of clauses for any purpose.
  9. Another way to help your clients document their cases is through our new secure client symptoms diary. This will allow you to provide a way for your clients to document symptoms in a searchable, exportable, printable format. This is a another Dibcase exclusive feature.   10. We are adding additional custom fields to Medical Provider, Medication, Conditions, and Tests fields. In addition, clients will be able login to the portal and add new or update existing medical data. SCREENSHOTS COMING SOON
  11. Have you ever wanted to create a list of repeatable groups of fields like JOBS, Medical Events, Work Attempts, etc. Well, you can now. After you create your new custom field repeatable group, you can use them for any practice area. Here is an example of the jobs repeatable group we created. These groups are visible in the "Custom Fields" section of SSA modules. They appear as regular accordions in Non-SSA modules. To create additional entries, just hit the "Add" button as necessary.

To trigger this automation, simply add an employee to a note to trigger the alerts.   13. Now, when a digital intake form is submitted for your firm, you can get a staff notification email & SMS (text) notification. Step 1: Enable Notifications To enable notifications for each employee that a new intake form has been submitted, open their employee profile and check the box: Now, when a digital intake form is submitted, selected employees will get an immediate SMS and Text notification with a link to open the submitted form.
  14. Now in the spirit of Dibcase as a whole, you can now organize your reports based on tags.
  15. Client custom fields are here! Until now, Dibcase has been limited to a very small subset of "client" fields that was not expandable. Now, everything is possible with our custom client fields. For example, client's father's name, last job, household composition, prior applications, etc... are now possible. We've built an interface for you to create the custom fields and they are: 1. Exportable in client excel exports from "Client List" page 2. Custom client fields will appear on any "Client" Intake form 3. Are usable in the reports module Fields can be marked as PII and will be stored under the PII tab or Misc tab if not sensitive.
  16. Dibcase can handle any practice area and with this new feature, organizing everything will be much easier. To make it easier to navigate and find relevant information about various matters, we've added a global filter on the client edit page to allow users to see "Everything" or drill down to a module / matter level. This novel approach keeps everything within reach and you don't have to search multiple matter pages to find notes, tasks, record requests, files, calendar events, etc. Now, you can filter the client data on the client page on module by module basis. When you select a particular module, it will show you the: 1. Related contacts; 2. Notes; 3. Tasks; 4. Ledger entries; 5. Files; 6. Pipelines; 7. Events; that are associated ONLY with that module. However, you can still use the default "All" option to view everything associated with the client. In addition, we've added a matter title field, file number, statutory deadline, and description box for every new matter. SSA Practice Area (Screenshot) For other practice areas, it looks like this:
  17. You can now export your related contacts from the client edit page or the contacts page. You must first add the contacts to the matter by adding the contacts to the contacts accordion.
  18. We have added the ability to upload and share multimedia images in your portal announcements feed. This feature will give it a more social media type experience. However, due to privacy issues, announcements are read only.
  19. Thanks to the dev team for some amazing work... Web Form Feature With the new web forms, you can now merge any field from any form into a merge document. This document can be a retainer agreement, NDA, or any type of legal agreement you need. NDA Example Step 1: Create form and add the fields you need to complete your document. Note: You can also add help text for users completing the form. Step 2: Create merge document using our standard document template editor Step 3: Merge your new document into a document as usual Note: Form link we be selectable based on submit date and time. Step 4: View and edit your final merge document and attach to client Note: You can print, save as PDF, and attach to client like any other Dibcase document
  20. We are adding the ability to create merge documents from forms. This exciting feature allows you to use fields from forms to create legal agreements and other documents at not extra cost and inside the Dibcase application. Example forms: Legal Pleadings, Demand Letters, Retainer Agreements, Legal Client Engagement Letters, and more.
  21. We are making enhancements to make it easier to search for and add contacts to claims. Now, you will be able to search for a provider's name, city, and facility simultaneously.

  24. Dibcase up until now limited users to certain SSD specific pre-defined appointment types. Now, users can create new event types and assign custom colors to those events. Those new event types will also appear on the dashboard. We are working towards pushing out custom event colors to Google calendar.
